Please contact leasing for New Rentals.  In order to apply for a lease please go to the property card on the available rentals page.  the application fee is $25.  We look at factors, such as, 3 times income over rental amount, credit score, public records and previous rental history.  We follow Federal Fair housing standards.


If you are late on rental payment, immediately contact collections.  It is our companies policy to have a tenant evicted or under a payment plan with in 30 days.


Please go to your tenant portal to enter a work order.  This is the quickest way to communicate to the maintenance department.  If maintenance orders or request are repeatedly entered, you will see canceled maintenance work orders,as we need to remove the duplicates.

If you are needing to discuss your current lease, place a notice to vacate or renew, please contact tenant administration.  A representative will also help you to establish your tenant portal.
